This is a specialized plate for enjoying authentic Korean BBQ "Samgyeopsal" at home. It is made of natural stone (King Stone), and the far-infrared effect ensures that the meat is cooked plump and juicy. The excess fat that comes out during cooking naturally drains away, allowing you to enjoy healthy and delicious yakiniku. A great feature is that it is resistant to scorching and easy to clean.

■ Precautions for use (How to use)

Always wipe off moisture before heating. If heated with moisture remaining, the stone pot may crack (break).

Avoid prolonged "high heat." Continuing to heat it with excessive high heat may cause it to crack. Please use appropriate heat.

Beware of burns and placement. It becomes very hot during and immediately after heating. When placing it on a table, etc., always use a trivet.

Do not cool rapidly (allow to cool naturally). Suddenly pouring water on a hot stone pot or "rapid cooling" can cause damage. After use, wait for it to cool naturally before washing.
■ Care instructions (How to wash)

Wash with a soft sponge: Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool; wash with general household neutral detergent and a sponge.

How to remove burnt-on food: If burnt-on food is difficult to remove, do not force it off. Instead, soak it in hot water for a while to loosen the burnt-on food before washing.

Trivet care: Generally, wipe it with a cloth. Only wash it with water if it is heavily soiled, and dry it thoroughly.
■ *Characteristics unique to natural stone (about fine cracks)
Since it is made of natural stone, fine cracks may appear along the grain of the stone regardless of frequency of use, but it can still be used as is (it is not a defective product). Each time it is used, food oil seeps into the cracks and naturally repairs them, and the more it is carefully used, the more the oil will penetrate and maintain a better condition.
