Shipping time
Orders placed before 10 AM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Please note that same-day shipping may not be possible if the item ordered is out of stock, if there is a shortage of items, or during New Year holidays or consecutive holidays.

Only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to specify multiple shipping addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

*Delivery may be delayed if orders are concentrated or depending on the area where you live.

About Shipping (Refrigerated Delivery)
To prevent product quality degradation and ensure food safety, we prioritize shipping via refrigerated delivery.

■Hokkaido: 1,100 yen

■Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima Prefectures: 800 yen

■Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefectures: 800 yen

■Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Yamanashi, Nagano, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi Prefectures: 800 yen

■Mie, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo Prefectures: 800 yen

■Okayama, Hiroshima, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi Prefectures: 900 yen

■Kagawa, Tokushima, Ehime, Kochi Prefectures: 1,100 yen

■Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Kagoshima Prefectures: 1,100 yen

■Okinawa Prefecture: 3,200 yen

Refrigerated delivery fee: 300 yen (This will be added to the above regional shipping fees, regardless of the purchase amount.)

For products marked with [Refrigerated/Frozen Delivery], an additional 300 yen per package will be charged for refrigerated delivery, regardless of the purchase amount.
An intermediate fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for remote islands.
Additional shipping fees may apply depending on weight and size. (We will notify you by email or phone before shipping.)
Generally, shipments up to 20kg will be sent with a single shipping fee per package.

Return deadline: Returns are only accepted within 3 days of product arrival.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of products after the return period has passed.
Please check the condition of the product promptly after it arrives.

Exchanges/returns not accepted for:
Opened products
Perishable items such as kimchi, vegetables, and meat
Damage, malfunctions, dirt, or defects caused by customer negligence

About refunds
Once the product return is confirmed, the payment will be canceled.
When canceling payment, refunds may be delayed due to the operating policies of credit card companies, etc.

For cash-on-delivery payments, once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund to your designated bank account.
