I forgot my Member ID.
Click on "Forgot ID/Password?" on the login screen.
Fill in your name, password, and email address in the "Forgot Member ID" form and click the "Send Email" button.
Your Member ID will be sent to your registered email address.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, click "Forgot ID/Password?".
In the "Forgot Password" form, enter your name, member ID, and email address, then click the "Send Email" button.
Your password will be sent to your registered email address.
I'm not sure if the order went through.
When you place an order online, we send a registration confirmation or order confirmation email to those who have registered as a member and/or entered their email address (a required field) during the order process.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the "Inquiries" page.
Can I confirm my order right away?
You can view the details of your order, such as the total amount and estimated delivery date, in the "Order Confirmation" email or by checking "Order Inquiry."
I'm not receiving confirmation emails from the Korean marketplace.
In cases such as online membership registration completion or order acceptance completion, we will send a notification email from Korean Ichiba immediately after the procedure is completed.
If the email does not arrive, there may be a delay in email delivery or an incorrect registered email address. Please check your registered email address on the My Page screen after logging in.
How long will it take for the product to arrive?
If your ordered items are in stock, we will deliver them within 2-4 days. Orders placed by 11:00 AM on the same day will be shipped out on the same day.
Please note that same-day shipping may not be possible if the ordered items are out of stock, backordered, or during holidays such as New Year's or long weekends.
*There may be slight delays in delivery due to road conditions, weather, or the courier company's circumstances.
*If delivery is delayed or items are sold out due to our circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.
I'd like to change my order to "delivery on a specified date."
For items in stock, you can specify a desired delivery date between 3 and 10 days from the application date.
* If you are in a hurry, it is faster not to specify a delivery date.
I'd like a receipt, please.

Regarding returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of product arrival.
*However, please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Returns after the product has been assembled
・Products that have become dirty or damaged after arrival
・Non-reusable products such as signs
・Products that are difficult to repack
