【Tips for Delicious Enjoyment】
1. While it's great with homemade soup or sauce, you can also easily enjoy it as a Japanese-style spicy dipping noodle by adding a small amount of sesame oil and kimchi to commercially available noodle soup base.
2. Combine boiled and chilled noodles with ingredients such as lettuce, cucumber, thinly sliced omelet, and steamed chicken, then toss with roasted sesame dressing to create a rich and textured salad noodle dish.

【Cooking Instructions】
1. Gently loosen the noodles and add them to a pot of boiling water (approximately 800cc per serving). Stir while boiling for 40-50 seconds.
2. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and thoroughly rinse them under cold water, rubbing them to remove any sliminess.
3. Squeeze the noodles with both hands to remove excess water, then serve with your preferred soup or sauce.
