Ingredients:
【Noodles】Wheat flour (USA, Australia), sweet potato starch, buckwheat flour, salt / alcohol
【Soup】Dongchimi concentrate (radish, green onion, ginger, pear), sugar, salt, fructose, brewed vinegar / acidulant, flavoring, (contains beef and soy in part)

【How to enjoy more deliciously】
1. Garnish with shredded cucumber, sliced pear, thinly-sliced omelet, and thinly sliced boiled beef (brisket) to make it visually appealing and enhance the royal cuisine atmosphere.
2. Freeze the soup into a sorbet before combining with the noodles for a crunchy texture that keeps it cold and delicious until the last bite.

【Instructions】
1. Chill the soup thoroughly in the refrigerator beforehand.
2. Gently loosen the noodles and add them to boiling water (approx. 800cc), stirring for 40 to 50 seconds.
3. Drain the boiled noodles in a colander, rub them thoroughly under cold water to remove any sliminess, and drain well.
4. Arrange the noodles in a bowl, pour in the prepared cold soup, and it's ready to serve.
