This authentic Korean cold noodle is characterized by the rich flavor of buckwheat flour and its firm, chewy texture. By exquisitely blending wheat flour and starch, it is made to suit Japanese palates while maintaining its authentic taste, achieving a smooth, easy-to-swallow quality. These thin noodles go well with any soup and can be easily enjoyed at home, tasting like they came from a specialty restaurant, by boiling them for only about 1 minute.

【How to enjoy even more deliciously】
1. Rinse the boiled noodles thoroughly in ice water to remove sliminess, which will make the noodles even chewier and provide the best texture.
2. Arrange into "Bibim-myeon" by mixing with a sweet and spicy gochujang-based sauce. Adding shredded cucumber, steamed chicken, and a boiled egg makes for a satisfying dish even without broth.
【Instructions】
1. Place noodles in plenty of boiling water and boil for about 40 seconds to 1 minute, or until desired firmness.
2. Drain the boiled noodles in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water until the sliminess is gone.
3. Finally, rinse with ice water to make the noodles even chewier.
4. Drain well and serve in a bowl with your favorite soup and ingredients.
