【Tips for Enhanced Enjoyment】
1. When making jeon batter, dissolve the flour in cold water or carbonated water. Since there's no gluten, you don't have to worry about overmixing, and it will result in an even crispier texture.
2. When preparing fried chicken, lightly coat the marinated chicken with this rice flour just before frying. This will lock in the juices and keep the coating crispy for longer without becoming soggy.
【Example Usage: Basic Chive Jeon】
1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup (approx. 100g) of rice flour and 150ml of cold water, and mix until smooth.
2. Add 1/2 bunch of chives cut into 5cm lengths and mix lightly.
3. Spread the batter thinly in a pan heated with sesame oil, and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned and crispy. Serve immediately.

If you are not home for a cash-on-delivery order, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice.
