How to deliciously prepare the retort pouch
1. Heat in hot water: Place the unopened retort pouch of Samgyetang directly into a pot. Fill the pot with enough water to fully submerge the Samgyetang and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Heating it slowly this way ensures the contents are warmed evenly.

2. Heat in the microwave: Open the retort pouch and transfer the contents to a microwave-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave. As a guide, heat for 15 minutes at 700W, but adjust the heating time according to your microwave model.

3. Direct heating: Open the retort pouch, transfer the contents to a pot, and add an appropriate amount of water. Add extra ingredients (optional) and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then, season with salt and pepper, and add a small amount of sesame oil to enhance the flavor and make the Samgyetang even more delicious.
