Ingredients: Glass noodles (sweet potato starch), soy sauce, sugar, soy protein, flavored oil, carrot, bok choy, shiitake mushroom, wood ear mushroom, glucose, vegetable seasoning, salt, onion flavored oil, yeast extract / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, caramel color, thickener (xanthan gum), lye water, emulsifier, acidulant, flavor, spice extract, (contains wheat, soybeans, sesame in part)

Instructions
Add 450ml of water and the dried ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, completely drain the water and transfer only the noodles to a bowl.
Add the liquid sauce and spicy flavored oil, mix well, and serve.

Tips for Enhanced Enjoyment
Top with a soft-boiled egg or melting cheese to mellow the spiciness and significantly boost the richness and umami! This makes it easier for children to eat.
