Ingredients:
【Noodles】Wheat flour, wheat starch, sweet potato starch, buckwheat flour, salt, alcohol (contains wheat and buckwheat in some ingredients)

【How to enjoy even more】
1. Adding boiled egg, cucumber, kimchi, char siu, etc., will make it more colorful and even more delicious.

【How to prepare】
1. Chill the soup thoroughly in the refrigerator beforehand.
2. Loosen the noodles and place them in boiling water (approx. 400cc). Boil for 40-50 seconds, stirring gently.
3. Quickly drain the boiled noodles in a colander, rinse thoroughly with cold water, and remove any sliminess.
4. Drain the noodles well, place them in a bowl, pour in the chilled soup, and serve.
