This is a canned Pacific saury (sanma) simmered in water from the trusted "Penguin" brand, which has been loved in Korean households for many years. We carefully select fresh, fatty saury and finish it simply with only salt to bring out the natural, rustic deliciousness of the saury. No troublesome preparation is required.
