This is a salted hairtail fermented with fresh hairtail caught in Jeju. The hairtail meat and guts are cleaned and then fermented for over 12 months. This salted Jeju hairtail is characterized by its delicious aroma and taste. It is already seasoned, so there is no need to use other seasonings. When eating, it is even more delicious if you mix the condiments that have settled at the bottom thoroughly. It is especially delicious when eaten with pork!

Best before date and storage method: Stated separately, store frozen (below -18℃). After opening, store refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
Ingredients: Hairtail 75% (Korean), sun-dried salt 20% (Korean), red pepper powder, seasoned red pepper flavor B (polysorbate 80, refined glucose, paprika oleoresin), capsaicin powder, fructose, L-glutamate sodium (flavor enhancer), soju (alcohol content 21%)

Shipping Information
