Simple cooking instructions:
【When using hot water】
1. Bring 1.2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Place the unopened bag, still frozen, into the boiling water.
3. Boil for 40-50 minutes as is.
4. Cut open the top of the bag with scissors and transfer the contents to a pot.
5. Simmer for another 10 minutes and it's ready!

【When using a microwave】
1. Open the top of the bag while still frozen. (※ Be sure to open it to prevent the bag from bursting due to expansion!)
2. Stand the opened bag upright and microwave for 15 minutes at 500W.
3. Transfer the contents from the bag to a microwave-safe dish.
4. Microwave again for 15 minutes at 500W and it's ready!

Adding green onions, garlic, and pepper will make it even more flavorful!
