[How to enjoy it even more delicious]
Pour the sauce over hot rice and top with a soft-boiled fried egg for "Jajang Bap." Break the yolk and mix it in for a mild and rich flavor.
Stir-fry with your usual tteokbokki rice cakes to create a non-spicy "Jajang Tteokbokki." This dish can be enjoyed by children as well.

[Instructions]
(How to make Jajangmyeon sauce for 2-3 servings)
1. Cut your preferred ingredients such as onions, cabbage, and pork into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.
2. Once the ingredients are cooked, add this product (approx. 150g) and lightly stir-fry for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
3. Add 200ml of water and simmer for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are soft.
4. Pour in a mixture of potato starch dissolved in water (1 tbsp potato starch, 2 tbsp water), and once it thickens, it's done. Serve over boiled noodles or rice.
