Song Ga's traditional gim (laver) is characterized by its savory and tender taste. We use only the highest quality laver harvested from late December to early February. It melts in your mouth and is packed with nutrients. Seasoned simply with sesame oil and salt, it offers a very natural flavor. It's perfect for bento boxes, side dishes, or as a snack. Its crispy texture makes it an excellent accompaniment to rice.
