Ingredients: Glass noodles (sweet potato starch), soy sauce, sugar, soy protein, carrots, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, glucose, vegetable seasoning, salt, onion flavored oil, yeast extract, sesame oil/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, caramel color, thickener (xanthan gum), lye water, emulsifier, acidifier, flavoring, (contains wheat, soybeans, and sesame)

Instructions
1. In a pot, bring 450ml of water and the dried ingredients to a boil.
2. Once the water boils, add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes, completely drain the water and transfer only the noodles to a bowl.
4. Add the liquid soup and sesame oil, mix well, and serve.

Tips for Enhanced Enjoyment
Simply topping with stir-fried beef or pork, or thinly sliced egg ribbons, will instantly transform it into a luxurious and celebratory japchae! It will also increase the volume.
Optionally, sprinkling plenty of roasted sesame seeds or shredded Korean seaweed will add aroma and texture, further enhancing the authentic flavor.
