Kombucha is a fermented beverage made by adding SCOBY (a culture of lactic acid bacteria and yeast) to black or green tea with sugar. How to drink
1. Add 1 kombucha stick (5g) to 250ml of cold water and shake or stir well. (The colder the water, the better the carbonation will feel.)
2. Add 1 kombucha stick (5g) to 250ml of sparkling water and stir well. (Do not shake when using sparkling water.)
