How to Make Mini Sausage Cutlets

1. Prepare sausages, flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. I also added chopped onions and herbs to the egg.

2. Coat the sausages in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs in that order.

3. Heat plenty of cooking oil in a frying pan and pan-fry until golden brown.

4. To get a good browning all around the edges, simply tilt the frying pan to fry them.

5. Once cooked through, place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, then drizzle with tonkatsu sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Done.

6. The mini cutlets are complete.
