1. Simmer chicken, garlic, long green onions, and chili peppers thoroughly to make the soup.

2. Prepare bracken, taro stems (zuiki), and bean sprouts.

3. Lightly blanch the prepared vegetables.

4. Sauté 1 part salad oil, 2 parts chili powder, 1 part soy sauce, 1 part cooking sake, and 1 part grated garlic without burning. (Chili oil)

5. Add the strained soup, boiled vegetables, and boiled chicken to the prepared chili oil, simmer thoroughly, and season with salt.
