1. In a bowl, add oyster sauce (1 part), chili bean paste (1 part), potato starch (2 parts), egg white, sake, ginger juice (or grated ginger), and pepper to the pork and mix well.
2. Add ginger, garlic, and green onion (2 parts) to chili oil.
3. Finally, add oyster sauce, salt, and a drop of sesame oil. No need for a slurry of potato starch.
4. Chinjao Rosu is complete.
