Soybean sprouts are appealing for their high nutritional value and refreshing taste. Their crunchy texture is enjoyable and adds an accent to dishes. Abundant vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber contribute to health, and despite being low in calories, they provide a sense of satisfaction. They can be used in a wide range of dishes such as stir-fries, stews, and salads, and can be eaten as they are or combined with other ingredients. Their unique flavor harmonizes with other ingredients, enhancing the dish. Furthermore, sprouts packed with the nutrients of soybeans are recommended for those conscious of beauty and health. Easily incorporated, soybean sprouts add color and nutrition to your daily meals.
Choose thin soybean sprouts, as thicker ones lack a satisfying chew. The great thing about dishes using soybean sprouts is how incredibly simple they are! Seriously! Now, let's solve three meals a day with soybean sprouts.
Breakfast = Soybean Sprout Soup
Soup dishes are perfect for breakfast, aren't they? ^^
Just put soybean sprouts and hot green chili peppers in water, cover, and bring to a boil.
Uncover, add grated garlic, season with salt, and it's done! ^^
1. Lunch = Soybean Sprout Ramen
Noodle dishes are great for lunch. (It's instant ramen, so there's not much cooking involved, but what you add is most important!)
Just add soybean sprouts when you add the ramen (lol).
Super easy, right?! The crisp texture is exquisite.
2. Evening = Soybean Sprout Rice
When cooking rice, use a little less water than usual. Add soybean sprouts, carrots, and ground pork.
Just put everything in and press the rice cooker button, and it's done. The sauce is soy sauce, finely chopped chili peppers, sesame oil, sesame salt, grated garlic, and thinly sliced onions.
3. There's an old saying that soybean sprouts are good for recovering from fatigue...
And with that, I've solved three meals a day with soybean sprouts. My eyes are bloodshot because I stayed up all night yesterday.
