On a chilly, lonely weekend... let's warm up and heal from within with warm guksu. Guksu (ククス, グクス) is a general term for wheat flour noodles. "Guksu" often refers to thin noodles like somen or hiyamugi. "Janchi" means celebration or festival. Janchi-guksu got its name because it was traditionally served at celebratory occasions like weddings.
