Today I had Kongguksu. In Japanese, it's called soy milk noodles, or soy milk soba? (It's a unique Korean noodle dish not seen in Japan.) The local shop sells soy milk soup for 1,000 won for two servings. If I eat it sparingly, it can serve three people... I love Kongguksu so much that I've tried the ones from Pulmuone and Nongshim's Kongguksu ramen, but they just don't quite hit the spot. The beans used at the local shop might be imported, but the rich soup is the best! The cost performance is also excellent.
