It's been raining continuously, and I thought about making pajeon, but since I had a lot of vegetables, I decided to try making Gungjung Tteokbokki, a traditional Korean dish.

1. First, the ingredients. You'll need rice cakes (for tteokbokki). Traditionally, beef is added, but I omitted it due to budget constraints. Slice shiitake mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and red chili peppers into thick juliennes.
