1. My fridge is overflowing with vegetables. If I leave them, they'll go bad... As a househusband (or houseman, in my case, a 9-dan level one), I absolutely cannot throw them away. So, my go-to dish for clearing out vegetables is tteokbokki. The ingredients are yesterday's leftovers, tteokbokki rice cakes, bell peppers, red chili peppers, shiitake mushrooms, onions, carrots... and perilla leaves from my garden. It's always similar ingredients. I wonder why?

2. First, put a small amount of water in a pot, add 1/3 spoon of Dashida, 1 spoon of gochujang, and then add the rice cakes. You can add corn syrup and sugar to your liking.
