Tiramisu
A dessert that can be called Italy's treasure
The rich aroma of espresso and the creaminess of mascarpone cheese intertwine exquisitely, creating a luxurious sensation in your mouth. 1. Mix cream cheese and sugar
Mix 200g cream cheese + 55g sugar well.
2. Whip fresh cream
Whip 120g fresh cream and mix it with step 1.
3. Prepare sponge sheet and coffee syrup
Place a sponge sheet in a mousse ring (round mold #2), and soak it thoroughly with coffee syrup (half a cup of sugar + half a cup of water + 0.5 instant coffee).
4. Create cheese mousse
Spread half of the cheese mousse from step 2.
5. Assemble the dessert
Place a sponge sheet on top of step 4, soak it with coffee syrup, then spread the remaining cheese mousse on top and finish. Freeze for 3 hours.
6. Finishing touch
Dust with cocoa powder using a tea strainer, then wrap the ring with a hot towel to slightly melt it before unmolding.
7. Dessert completed
Tiramisu completed.

Decorate with chocolate and gold leaf for a touch of richness.
