Noodle dish perfect for a cool Korean summer

1. Prepare Ingredients
Prepare beef, shredded egg, zucchini, red chili pepper, and kelp.
2. Prepare Broth
Put anchovies and kelp in a pot and make broth. Season with light soy sauce.
3. Boil Noodles
Boil somen noodles (hiyamugi or udon are also fine) in salted water.
4. Rinse with Cold Water
Rinse the noodles well with cold water to make them chilled noodles.
5. Janchi Guksu is Complete
Janchi Guksu (thin noodles) is now complete.
6. Have a Bite
The apple somen noodles I had this time were as thin as thread, which was a first for me. They contained apple extract, and the flavor was light and pleasant.
