1. Steaming the pumpkin

Place two pieces of pumpkin (1/8 of a pumpkin = 130g each) in a steamer and steam for about 12 minutes.

2. Cutting the pumpkin

Remove one piece of pumpkin (1/8 of a pumpkin) and cut it into cubes.

3. Preparing the other pumpkin

Remove the other piece of pumpkin (1/8 of a pumpkin) after steaming for another 5 minutes, peel it, and mash it with a fork while it's still hot.

4. Making the salad

Combine the cubed pumpkin, raisins (2), sweet corn (2), mayonnaise (2), heavy cream (1), sugar (1), and mustard (0.5), then mix. It's ready!
Plain yogurt can also be used instead of mayonnaise.
