5. For the sauce: gochujang 2, apple juice 1, minced garlic 1, sugar 1, vinegar 0.5, sesame oil, ground sesame seeds.

The apple somen noodles I received this time were made in Chungju, a famous apple producing region in Korea. They are hand-stretched noodles matured for a long time with added apple extract. The flavor is different from ordinary factory-made noodles! Highly recommended.
