2. Prepare ingredients: sausage, spam, kimchi, green onions, ramen, red chili peppers, enoki mushrooms.
3. Place kimchi, soybean sprouts, sausages, and spam in a pot, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil. Mix in the sauce (2 parts chili powder + 1 part soy sauce + 1 part sake + grated garlic + minced green onion + grated ginger + pepper).
4. Once it's simmering, add the ramen and enoki mushrooms, followed by green onions and chili peppers. Season with the ramen powder soup, and it's done! Adding a slice of cheese (1 piece) will make the flavor milder.
