For the sauce: gochujang (2) + cooking sake (2) + sugar (1) + grated garlic (1) + starch syrup (0.5) + oyster sauce (0.5) + dark soy sauce (0.5) + chili powder (1) + curry powder (0.3) + sesame oil (0.5) + ginger powder (0.3) + pepper + sesame seeds.

2. Add sauce

Add the sauce, mix it well, and let it marinate for a while.
