Flavor and Characteristics
Soybean Sprout Bibim Noodle is a dish enjoyed with a spicy and sweet and sour gochujang sauce. Boiled soybean sprouts and the special sauce are intertwined, creating an appetizing flavor.
Instructions

1. Boil soybean sprouts for 5 minutes, then rinse them with cold water. Julienne all vegetables.

2. Boil eggs for about 15 minutes in the same water used to boil the soybean sprouts.

3. Put the chewy noodles into boiling water, and once the water starts boiling again, rinse them quickly with cold water.

4. Add the sauce to the boiled chewy noodles and boiled soybean sprouts and mix well.

- Cider 1
- Grated garlic 1
- Chopped green onion 0.5
- Sesame oil 0.5
- Sesame seeds
Adding lemon juice or apple juice will make it even more delicious.
5. Finally, plate it and it's done.
