I had some dried cod that I brought back from my parents' house during the Korean Chuseok holiday. After much thought about what to cook, I decided to make bulgogi. I grilled it using an appetizing bulgogi sauce, and the dried cod, which melted softly in my mouth, was simply divine.

1. Soak the dried cod (1 fish) in water until rehydrated, then squeeze out the excess water.
