Ingredients and Instructions
On a hungry evening, I bought squid and pine mushrooms. I peeled the squid and cut it into appropriate sizes.

1. Prepare Ingredients
Cut the squid and pine mushrooms into appropriate pieces, and prepare onions, carrots, green onions, and chili peppers. For the sauce, mix gochujang, chili powder, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil according to your taste.

2. Prepare Somyeon (Thin Noodles)
Since I plan to put somyeon in the bowl rather than just food, first boil the somyeon for about 4 minutes, rinse it in cold water, and set it aside.

3. Start Cooking
Once the noodles are ready, grease a frying pan and stir-fry the onions and carrots.

4. Dish Completion
Immediately add the squid, pine mushrooms, and sauce and stir-fry. And now, the stir-fried squid and pine mushrooms are complete. How does it look? Does it look delicious? The soft somyeon and the sweet and spicy taste. Comparing the chewy texture of the squid and the pine mushrooms, it's incredibly delicious.
