"Jajachahan" is a traditional Korean dish, and its deliciousness is truly satisfying. The exquisite combination of pork and vegetables stimulates the appetite. The special black soy sauce-based sauce coats the rice, and with every bite, a rich umami and deep flavor spread across your tongue. The crisp texture of the vegetables and the juiciness of the pork add depth to the flavor, captivating those who eat it. Visually appealing and appetizing, "Jajachahan" is a representative Korean dish enjoyed at family tables and restaurants. Once you try it, you'll never forget its profound taste and satisfying richness.

1. Gather ingredients
For pork, use a handful of what's left over from your soybean sprout meal. Add onions, potatoes, and pumpkin to your liking.
(Add plenty of onions. Onions are the core of Jaja Chahan. More ingredients were prepared, but I only kept a small amount for the photo.)
And then, black bean paste (chunjang).
2. First, add plenty of oil to the pork and cook it.
3. When the pork turns white, add all the other vegetables and stir-fry.
Sprinkle with salt here (adjust the taste with salt).
Sprinkle little by little.
4. When you've tasted the potatoes and they're cooked, add a dollop of black bean paste (chunjang)!
Stir quickly.
5. And now, Namul's Jajang Chahan is complete!
6. Scrape and eat as desired.
