1. For the sauce, combine soy sauce + sugar + salt + pepper + chopped green onions + grated garlic + sesame oil.
Slice the mushrooms, hot green peppers, and leeks.
2. Sauté the mushrooms in a frying pan with salad oil, then add the sauce and mix well.
