How to make Steamed Croaker

1. For three dried croakers, remove only the scales, sprinkle with coarse salt, let them soak for about 2 hours, then wash them. If using salted dried croaker, you can skip this step.

2. Add 1 cup of water, 1 part mirin, green onions, 0.3 parts pepper, 0.3 parts sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then heat until done.

3. Steamed croaker is complete.
